PBZ Card omogućio je korištenje My Account usluge od sada i putem Android telefona, za svoje korisnike American Express kartica. MyAccount aplikacija je brza i jednostavna te korisnicima omogućuje siguran pristup informacijama o korištenju njihove American Express kartice.

Prijava u aplikaciju
Postojeći My Account korisnici u aplikaciju prijavljuju se svojim korisničkim imenom i lozinkom koju koriste za My Account uslugu na webu. Ukoliko je korisnik zaboravio svoju lozinku, opcijom 'Zaboravili ste lozinku' moguće je zadati novu lozinku, a za korisnike American Express kartica koji još ne koriste My Account, mogu se registrirati kroz aplikaciju opcijom 'Registriraj se'.

Korištenjem My Account aplikacije korisnicima je omogućen:
•Pregled novih troškova i uplata prije primitka redovnog računa,

•Pregled računa iz prethodnog razdoblja,

•Za korisnike Online računa, obavještavanje o novom
kreiranom računu,

•Pregled stanja Membership Rewards bodova.

Pregled novih troškova i uplata prije primitka redovnog računa

Na pregledu novih troškova korisnici mogu vidjeti sve nove troškove i uplate koje su evidentirane nakon posljednjeg računa. Troškovi učinjeni na prodajnim mjestima sa elektronskim (EFTPOS) uređajima evidentiraju isti dan, dok se oni ručno obrađeni (evidencije utrošaka na imprinterima) evidentiraju u razdoblju od 1 do 30 dana ovisno o tome kada ih prodajno mjesto pošalje u PBZ Card.

Pregled računa iz prethodnog razdoblja
Na pregledu računa korisnici mogu vidjeti svoje račune iz prethodnih razdoblja s detaljnom specifikacijom troškova i uplata.

Membership Rewards program
Na pregledu Membership Rewards programa korisnici mogu vidjeti trenutno stanje Membership Rewards bodova, American Express kartice pridružene u program te pregled računa i bodova iz prethodnih razdoblja.

PBZ Card enabled use of My Account service from Android platform for its American Express cardmembers. MyAccount application for American Express cardmembers is quick and easy and allows secure access to information on the use of cardmembers American Express Card.

Application Login
Existing My Account users login into the application with their existing username and password they use for the My Account service on the web. If the user has forgotten his password, using the option 'Forgotten password' user can specify a new password. American Express card members who do not yet use My Account service can register for service using the option 'Register'.

Using the My Account application enables users to:

•Overview of the new charges and payments before receiving monthly invoice,

•Review invoices from previous periods,

•For Online Invoice service users, in app notification on the new invoice created,

•Overview of Membership Rewards points.

Overview of the new charges and payments before receiving monthly invoice
On the review of new expenses users can see all the new charges and payments recorded after last invoice. Costs incurred on merchants with electronic (EFTPOS) devices are recorded the same day, while they manually processed costs (expenditures on imprinter) are recorded in the period from 1-30 days depending on when merchant send them to PBZ Card.
Overview of invoices from the previous periods

On an invoice review, users can see invoices from previous periods with the detailed specifications of costs and payments.

Membership Rewards program

On review of the Membership Rewards program, users can see the current status of Membership Rewards points, American Express cards attached to the program and review invoices and points from previous periods.
